(2) The new prison administration office building near the factory area and the old prison administration office building in the living area belong to the police office area and cannot be shielded in principle
(3) There is a large communication tower at the location of the prison office building, which will inevitably cause strong mobile phone signal strength in the entire supervision area, and the field strength value is much higher than that of Canggu. The design of the shielding project is difficult.
(4) There is also a communication tower about 800 meters northwest, which will superimpose the signal strength of mobile phones in the supervision area.
